Standard functions

The uEye interface for VisionPro supports the following VisionPro standard functions:

Settings

•Capture
Exposure time (exposure) of the camera in seconds This value depends on the parameters FrameRate and PixelClock.

•Timeout
Waiting time in ms. Image capture is terminated after the specified time has elapsed if no picture is captured.

Flash and trigger

•Manual
Single frame capture

•Free Run
Start live video

•Hardware Auto
Continuous trigger function of the uEye camera.

•Hardware Semi-Auto
Single trigger function of the uEye camera.

•Trigger Low To High
Switching of trigger flank to rising edge.

Hinweis

For further information on the trigger modes of the uEye cameras, see the "Image capture" chapter in the uEye Manual.

Image properties:

•Region
Set the area of interest for image capture. Only the image area selected is transmitted by the sensor.

•Output pixel format
Selection of VisionPro output pixel format. If another pixel format is selected, VisionPro will perform a conversion (see Special functions: Pixel format). Please also read the Pixel formats chapter.
